It is my intention to add a couple of recipes here every week. Although between working and playing with my daily blog 'Thibeault's Table', I'm not always successful.

Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables


Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

1 cup small broccoli spears
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 baby bok choy
1 carrot
1 cup bean sprouts
1 onion cut in half and then sliced
2 cloves garlic , minced
10 snow peas
1 inch ginger chopped
peanut oil
chicken broth
1 tablespoon Shaoxing Rice wine
1 tablespoon soy
1 to 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Heat peanut oil until hot. Add the celery, carrots and broccoli and
onions, saute stirring to make sure the vegetables do not burn.

Add the garlic, ginger, chicken broth, Shaoxing Rice wine and soy.
Cover and simmer two to three minutes.. Add the baby bok choy, snow
peas, cook for a minute or two, add the bean sprouts. Drizzle with the
sesame oil and serve.
